If you weren't at the Pirate's Cove
Saturday you missed a really good time.
Soundtrack, the duo I do with vocalist Drea
Lynn performed to a happening crowd.
The food was great, the service was
exceptional and a very good time was had
by all! Photographer, Skip Boyd and his
wife, Mary, were there with a few friends,
songwriter Michael Lang made an
appearance as well.
Drea Lynn spent 3 hours in the studio with
me today layin' down backing vocal tracks
for the new Dicky Williams CD. It seems
there is no end to her talents!

Aquahart Rd. Glen Burnie, MD 21061, Phone 410-787-9725 I'll be performing
smooth jazz solo (with my sequencer) from 7:00 to 10:00 PM so stop by for some
great (made fresh daily) ice cream and some smooth sounds!
Saturday night, it's off to Galesville for an evening at Pirate's Cove with Ron

Saturday it's off to Gettysburg with Darrell & Wayne at Spiritfields Pub & Fare.

Well it's been ten months in the making, and finally, the record I've been working on

Lots of things going on these days! On occasion, I've been sitting in with my friend Matt Dalton's
band The Higher Hands at Armadillo's in Annapolis. The Higher Hands are an extremely talented
group of musicians that do a Funk/Jazz/Hip-Hop brand of fusion that is exciting to listen to. Their new
CD is due for release on August 1st at a special performance at the 8 x 10 in Baltimore.
Been working in the studio with a talented singer/songwriter/producer named George Houchens,
more on George when we get close to finishing the project.
Besides my usual load of teaching 60 students a week, I've been writing material for a new Ken
Massey CD. No idea when it may be finished, but you'll be the first to know!
